Who We Are
No Mess Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd was established in 2012 by an entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience across a number of fields. It is a family owned business where people with various backgrounds have come together to service the community across Brisbane.
We believe in honest work for a fair price. It does not have to cost an Earth to freshen up a property should that be just a good detailed spring clean or a few odd handyman jobs or even a painting job with some yard maintenance not to mention redesigning the gardens or pressure washing the driveway.
We have you covered.
We work for a number of leading property managers in the Brisbane Metro area, a good number of landlords and hundreds of tenants. We know what is required.

No Mess Active Life Initiative – Live longer!
Since 2014 No Mess Pty Ltd is proudly managing its own healthy-living initiative that encourages its personnel to live a healthier life. We believe that doing sports, getting out of our homes for a great exercise is vital for our physical and psychological development. Not only because we think that a healthier person is a more efficient work colleague but also is a happier family man and a fantastic friend.
In 2014 with the help of No Mess Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd a Futsal team was formed partly from work colleagues. NoMess.com.au Futsal Team since has gone from a rookie team in the South Brisbane league to 6 times champion. Since that a number of our partners came on board and joined in supporting the initiative. Great local businesses like Brisbane Boxing, WeDoMore.com.au Marketing and Open Migrations and I believe that this is not the end of the list.
We, the managers at No Mess Pty Ltd have new plans for this initiative so please keep an eye out for this great movement on FB and on our Google + accounts.

I highly recommend using No Mess. Great service and communication are two words I would use to describe No Mess. The professionalism from Gyorgy and his crew was 10/10. They were friendly, knowledgeable and went beyond what I was expecting. I would certainly use No Mess again.

This was a great experience for a small job plastering some holes and repainting. Quoted quickly (very reasonable), attended on time and the quality of the job was excellent with no mess (HAHA)! Will absolutely utilise No Mess again and recommend you do to.

Sergio has been to our house twice to fix problems around the house. He did such a great job the first time that we knew who to call for the second lot of issues. Sergio is always cheerful, polite, punctual and efficient at what he does. I strongly recommend him to fix problems around the house.

We have recently had No Mess property improvements paint the outside of our home, we are very happy with the finished result. George and his merry men were very professional and tireless workers with an eye for detail.
